Looks like McDaniels has decided to leave New England again. His first try as a head coach in Denver was terrible. It will be interesting to see if he has matured enough to be able to deal with the locker room and roster decisions in a better manner. Always thought he would succeed Bill B. at New England (and still could). He is walking into a decent situation with the Raiders.
