The Browns have expressed interest in Bengals guard Kevin Zeitler and Cardinals safety Tony Jefferson among other free agents, league sources have told cleveland.com.

Others on the Browns radar heading into free agency Thursday include Jaguars safety Johnathan Cyprien and Texans cornerback A.J. Buoye, who's expected to remain in the AFC South.

10 p.m. ET

• The Ravens will sign running back Danny Woodhead, who has made a full recovery from ACL surgery in 2016. (Ian Rapoport, NFL Network)

8:00 p.m. ET

• Malcolm Smith is expected to sign with the 49ers after the start of free agency. (Miek Garafolo, NFL.com)

5:00 p.m. ET

• The Browns have a good shot at landing safety Tony Jefferson and are willing to shell out the most money for him. (Mike Garafolo, NFL.com)

• The Broncos are re-signing wide receiver Brandon LaFell. (Adam Schefter, ESPN)

• Ravens Pro-Bowl fullback Kyle Juszczyk plans to sign with the 49ers. (Adam Schefter, ESPN)

4:00 p.m. ET

• Quarterback Brian Hoyer will sign with the San Francisco 49ers in a reunion with new head coach Kyle Shanahan. (Ian Rapaport, NFL Network)

• Hoyer will be the only quarterback on the 49ers' depth chart once the deal is official. (Matt Maiocco, CSN Bay Area)

• The Falcons and quarterback Matt Schaub have reached an agreement on a two-year, $9 million deal. (Adam Schefter, ESPN)

• The Bills are signing fullback Patrick DiMarco to a four-year, $8.5 million contract. (Ian Rapaport, NFL Network)

• The Dolphins are re-signing Andre Branch to a long-term deal. (Ian Rapaport, NFL Network)

• Miami is also trying to come to terms with linebacker Kiki Alonso on a multi-year contract extension rather than tender him as a restricted free agent. (Mike Garafolo, NFL Network)

• The Cowboys will release longtime quarterback Tony Romo on Thursday. The Texans and Broncos could be interested in signing him. (Adam Schefter, ESPN)

The 49ers have kicked off the reconstruction of their wide receiver corps by agreeing to sign veteran Pierre Garcon to a multi-year contract.

The Balitmore Ravens are releasing five-time Pro Bowl linebacker Elvis Dumervil, according to NFL Network. Dumervil confirmed

• The Bills are going to keep quarterback Tyrod Taylor on a restructured contract. (Adam Schefter, ESPN)

• The Bills are also reportedly in talks with pending free-agent quarterback Brian Hoyer. (John Wawrow, Associated Press)

• The teams with interest in quarterback Mike Glennon have backed off under the assumption he is planning to sign with the Bears. (Matt Miller, Bleacher Report)

• The Raiders are working hard to bring back right tackle Menelik Watson, but if he becomes a free agent the Broncos are interested in signing him. (Vic Tafur, San Francisco Chronicle)

• The Jaguars are pursuing several top-tier free agents including guard Kevin Zeitler, cornerback AJ Bouye, defensive lineman Calais Campbell and safety Barry Church. (Ian Rapoport, NFL Network)
