The refs called Terrelle Pryor for taunting, negating what would otherwise have been a great gain in yardage.  The Browns weren't able to duplicate the play and lost any chance of regaining the lead at the end of their game.

It looks to me like Pryor was just somewhat carelessly flipping the ball over the official and it unintentionally hit the Ravens player (not hard).  You can follow the link over to Cleveland.com (the gif is too large for me to insert here), and judge for yourself.  AS for me, I am calling BS.
