Class of 2016 LB Carter Coughlin was offered by Ohio State tonight. The 6-foot-3, Eden Prairie, Minnesota prospect, holds offers from the likes of Minnesota, Pittsburgh, and now Ohio State. I am hoping to speak with Carter in the next few moments about the offer.
