The legacy of the tainted culture at Michigan persists on a daily basis as more facts become public in on-going investigations.  Tainted culture is created by the type of people an organization employs and supports.  

Not all employees in that football program should be generalized negatively.

 However, it’s impossible to avoid being submerged in that general perception in the eyes of the public.  The leaders of that program has failed not just in football, but failed to lead by example as deceit human beings.
