Was checking out the odds for OSU/ND and FanDuel has already thrown up the odds for 2026. Here they are with a little info
- OSU(+450) Honestly surprised to see us as the favorite but I would guess the current run is influencing that. We will have the best receiving room by a mile and the best defensive player in Downs. Assuming Kelly/Knowles are the coordinators should be top 10 on both sides regardless of the talent exodus
- Oregon(+600) Shocked to see a team that started 17 seniors this high but they have recruited well and used the portal a lot. High belief in Eugene about Dante Moore too
- Texas(+650) They lose basically their entire OL, DL, and secondary but bring everybody else back and have recruited really well. Most people are going to have them at #1
- Georgia(+650) They have received great news with NFL decisions, brought in a ton of portal guys and don’t lose that much to start with. Question is can the offense improve with Stockton at QB and Bobo as OC? This may be the most underrated team if they are at #4
- PSU(+950) They bring a ton back from a semifinal team and are the only top 5 team on this list with the same QB. The question is how do they replace Tyler Warren, Abdul Carter and the RB room. Those guys somewhat carried them.
Based on odds those 5 are a big step ahead of everybody else. After that there is a big drop off. Some other interesting teams
- Notre Dame(+1400) is 7th
- Michigan(+4000) is 15th
- Clemson(+2200) is 10th but by far the best team in the ACC
