I am going out of my mind crazy. I have been watching tickets and since yesterday morning (Saturday morning) I have tried to purchase multiple pairs of "verified resale tickets" from the site. I get all the way to checkout and when I click "purchase" I get an error code of U521. I've done research on this error code and couldn't find an "acceptable" reason why the purchase isn't going through. Mind you, I've tried buying different sets of tickets, not the same pair over and over. I called Ticketmaster and the kind gentleman from New Delhi spoke in circles to me in broken English. I decided to ask for a manager and after being put on hold multiple times I was told that a manager would get back to me in 24-48 hours. What in the f*** is going on?!?!?!? 

Different "solutions" online suggest that I sign out of my TM account on all devices and then sign back in on one machine only; add a different form of payment (which I did); etc. Nothing is working. The mayor of New Delhi told me that the seller of the tickets I've chosen has chosen not to sell them to me, that they are for "another particular person." WTF does that mean? I think what it means is that the tickets are already sold or the "seller" is trying to get a purchaser to use cashapp or Venmo (which is a direct cash transfer through TM) to purchase so they can pocket the money immediately and they don't really have the tickets. Yet...the tickets I am trying to buy are "verified resale." WTF kind of scam is TM running?!?!?!?! SMH

Anyway...anyone else having issues purchasing through TM? Any helpful tips? Thanks.
