Firing Ryan day will see a bunch of transfers but the bandaid needs to be ripped off sooner rather than later. Right now OSU is still seen as a top tier program, Ryan day is slowly and methodically taking us into tier 2. This cannot continue for another 2-3 years. Has to be done now.
