Fresh off of receiving a three-year, $45 million contract extension from the Pittsburgh Steelers earlier this week, the former Ohio State defensive lineman appeared on an episode of the popular YouTube show “Hot Ones” that premiered Thursday.

During the show, Heyward eats five chicken wings – each doused in a hotter sauce than the previous wing – and discusses a variety of topics including what his NFL draft process was like, why Tom Brady was his favorite player to sack and his thoughts on analytics (Spoiler: He doesn’t like them.)
