What is your favorite play or favorite moment(s) in the history of "The Game"?
Personally, it was the 2012 game.
It was my Dad and I's first Michigan home game in person. (and last since I lost him). It was Urban's first year, and the win capped off the undefeated season. it was also the 10-year anniversary of the '02 natty team. All the 02' vets were there and so was Tressel. His first time back in the shoe. at half time they honored the team, and the former players put Coach on their shoulders and carried him off. It was an amazing moment. Closure and thanks for all Tressel did, but also an excitement for the future with Urban at the helm. A rare / unique moment for a college football team and current former coaches. It was a good game. Brax balled out, so did Hyde. My dad who I love so much, but was always so pessimistic during in-game play (sound familiar? lol) anyway I turned to him mid-fourth when were up like 5 or something and Michigan was driving, and I said Dad do you think we are going to get this stop and win this one? He breaks character and says "Yeah we are going to fuckin stop em and win it right here" and that is exactly what happened.
My second favorite is the Curtis Samuel 2OT run in walk off win in 2016, and Justin Fields's first play after what looked like a serious injury and instead throws a 45-yard bomb for a touchdown in 2019.
