these past few years osu has been KILLING it in terms of elite WRs. its gotten so ridiculous that even SEC fans are admitting that osu is WRU lmao. These guys I have listed below are, in my opinion, elite Hartline coached wrs, and Id like to see where you guys would rank them. even the so called last ranked guy is still elite (collegiately) , so there are no bad opinions.
