the fanbase seems to have two loud voices: we need to get more national players and we need to prioritize ohio players. I, as most probably are, believe that it should be in the middle, which is what osu has been doing really well lately (imo)
i thought itd be interesting to look at each team since 2019 and see if there are more *important/good* players from ohio or from out of state on each year's roster. this is obviously not an exact science as this is a subjective overlook on what deems a player as "good" or "important", but i think its interesting nonetheless. depth is important, but this is focusing on the backbone players of each team.
