Full disclosure: I stole this thought from another site and just thought it was worthy of discussion here. The gist was that most HC's with an offensive background have more assistants on the D side of the ball and vice-versa. (seems to make sense). Day has 6-4 to the offensive side. That was also normal during the Urban era according to this write-up. I know that alot of teams employ a DT coach, but LJ reportedly eschews that. That's the only adjustment I could envision. Any other ideas? * Please no Parker Fleming comments, that's been discussed adnauseum. Thanks.
