College football is the single best sport, pro or amateur, on the planet. It is the place of the greatest excitement, fan involvement, combined athleticism, fan attendance, marching bands, school songs, you name it! It is also one of the sports where upsets happen regularly and are part of what makes it so great. The idea of a Michigan v. OSU National Championship Game felt far away in November, but it is really just about 26 hours from a reality. Michigan beating TCU is not a given, nor is UGA beating OSU a given - that latter game being between literally the two most talented teams in College Football.
On a scale of 1-10, where would a Championship Game between Michigan and OSU rate with you?
Happy New Year from a Michigan fan. Whatever our respective football fortunes might bring, blessings to you in 2023.
