I just watched Bruce Feldman's hit on the Rich Eisen show and he talked about how noticeable Michigan's senior leadership was on the bench. Feldman talked about how the game flipped when Sainrastill got up on their bench in front of the whole team and pointed to the Buckeye sideline and said they are who we thought they were, they are going to quit. Last year it was Hutchinson in the locker room screaming "they don't want to hit".
We have the more talented roster but starting with Hutchinson and continuing this year Michigan's had great senior leadership and it seems to be the thing that's given them the biggest edge against our Buckeyes.
Tressel constantly talked about "the seniors will carry us" and Urban talked about leaders more than any coach I can remember. Ohio State hasn't has great player leadership the past two years. It's the biggest thing Ryan Day needs to find and reestablish in the program.
