The coaching staff (starting at the top) needs to hold themselves and the players accountable to correct the major flaws this team has. This biggest flaw being the poor run blocking by the o-line and the poor play calling on offense. The defense is playing pretty well all things considered. They were on the field for most of the game and only gave up 3.5 yards per carry despite the high volume of running Northwestern did. I'm sick of the excuses by Day and him brushing them off as "some things need cleaned up". It's more than that and shame on this coaching staff if they don't figure it out before the game against Ttun.....they can't piss away another year of being one of the most talented teams in the country and falling short because of softness and lack of accountability. If a player isn't doing his job.....bench his ass. Day needs to grow a backbone and light these guys up.
