I live in the Chicago suburbs, and the winds were howling so bad this morning it woke me up. It is gusty out there, and Evanston is right on the lake, meaning it will be windier closer to the water. 

Short passing game should still work but anything downfield is subject to being blown into the stands. When they mention it on the broadcast, trust me, they aren't over-exaggerating.
