This was a game we could have theoretically lost and still won the East, but we would have needed PSU to drop another game…and considering their remaining schedule, I don’t see any losses.

So this all but assures there is no chance for a 3 way tie in the East, and the game in Columbus will be for all the marbles. Building to shades of 2006.
