Four Ohio State players have been named to the midseason watch list for the Rotary Lombardi Award: linebacker Tommy Eichenberg, defensive end Zach Harrison and offensive tackles Paris Johnson Jr. and Dawand Jones.

The Rotary Lombardi Award honors college football’s best lineman, though linebackers and in-line tight ends are also eligible for the award.

Ohio State is one of four schools with four players on the watch list along with Clemson (Bryan Bresee, Jordan McFadden, Myles Murphy and Trenton Simpson), Georgia (Brock Bowers, Jalen Carter, Broderick Jones and Nolan Smith) and Notre Dame (Jayson Ademilola, Isaiah Foskey, Michael Mayer and Jarrett Patterson).

Semifinalists for the Lombardi Award will be announced on Nov. 2, finalists will be announced on Nov. 17 and the winner will be announced on Dec. 7.
