I didn't notice it during the live broadcast, but during the replay yesterday, I saw the big interchange between Ryan Day, Brian Hartline, and Harrison on the sideline. I replayed it numerous times to see if I could read their lips, but no luck. Here is my version:
Day: What the hell were you doing. Didn't you know it was a running play?
Hartline: You let your man come up, and make the stop. If you take your man, with Emeka's speed, it might have gone for a TD.
Harrison: Pointing downfield, I was blocking the safety.
Hartline: Safety hell, he's not even in the play. You ran right by your man. It looked like you were running a route.
Harrison: But, I really was going to block the safety. (Pointing downfield again)
Hartline: Please, just stop it. Emeka ought to kick your ass.
This happens at the 2:30 mark of the 3rd qtr. I was 2nd and 7. Day had just called a timeout. I don't know if it was to talk to Harrison, but it seemed like a strange time to call a timeout, otherwise. Anyway, I enjoyed a chuckle at the interaction.
