During the Urban years we improved our recruiting to equal the top tier schools. We won a Natty and maybe could have had at least one more. The limitations were questionable coaching staff hires, poor coaching performances which contributed to poor player development, and some good ones who got away or left for other opportunities. His downfall not making the difficult choice to change coaches. 

Since Coach Day took over the recruiting has continued, wins have racked up and the golden era has continued but some poor coaching performances have limited us in achieving our goals.

The success at Alabama has been due to consistent recruiting, player development due to good coaching, and of course winning. Most metrics have/had us close to them in almost every category but in my opinion quality coaching has been the bigger issue. My question, have we closed the loop, does our current staff of position coaches now put us in a position to achieve our goals ? Interested in your thoughts. Go BUCKS
