First and foremost is seeing what urban does. If he takes the Jax job I think it is almost certain that Hartline and Dennis might get poached by him. Not to mention Pantoni and mick. Huge ramifications if that happens. 
 

Second is getting the pass defense fixed. Has to be better. secondary whether it is scheme or personnel has to improve.
