Somewhere we learned ACC/SEC   quarantine/"suspension rules were far more lax than the B10's....B10 out for 21 days and ACC/SEC out for only 10.  We also learned for the CFP the teams would be bound by their conference rules in regard to the playoffs.  This could be a huge disadvantage for OSU.  Has the B10 altered their rules to be equal to the other conferences?
