I have been wondering this ever since Barry Alvarez came out about changing the rules.

It's my recollection that one of the reasons for the lag between deciding to start the season and actually starting was that Wisconsin was in the middle of a team outbreak.   It seemed like they would have had to cancel their first few games because of it, but the delay allowed them to start with everyone else.

Am I remember that correctly?  If so, what do you think the odds are that Wisconsin is supporting OSU because OSU agreed to that delay?
