Whats the status of these for big ten games starting out? Are they allowed? Is Brutus part of the testing population/ support staff?

Honestly guys, I'm willing to give up a lot just to see our guys play: tailgating, fans in the stands, cheerleaders, and yes maybe even TDBITL in the stands (not happily mind you). But not seeing Brutus on the sidelines could seriously mess me up. Say it ain't so.
