I think both are pretty similar but i think Chryst is a better coach than Franklin.Give Chryst Franklin's talent look out.Rivals has Wisconsin 13th in recruiting for 2021 nationally so definitely the roster will be more talented than few years ago. https://wisconsin.rivals.com/commitments/football/2021.
