The communication issues from Kevin Warren go back to before any of this COVID-19 decision making mess. He ignores local media (like Tim & Angela) - and only gives media interviews to outlets like "Business Insider." 

 This guy is so obtuse to the climate he is creating - and has been creating - since he took over this job. Listen to this, especially the first 10 minutes or so. More confirmation to me that he's just the wrong hire. (NOTE: Apparently, a big reason he's there is Michael Drake, who no longer has to live with this decision).
