Now we can all hope and dream but what about a scenario if Chip Kelly came our way as an OC/QB coach... he is rumored to be handed his walking papers after one year with the 49ers.  I'm not sure he wants to take a step back and be a coordinator or even leave the NFL all together but it looks like his tactics in Philadelphia and the NFL overall hasn't been embraced.  Getting probably one of the most creative offensive coordinators out there would be a home run for Urban... thoughts?
