I'm not disagreeing with anything you said. Just kills me that you can't compare conferences unless they play each other and the SEC hasn't played anyone.

We lost to VT. The ACC is terrible. We're not amazingly good (or at least we weren't). We can tell this because we played another 'power 5' team. But when the SEC only plays C-USA and Sunbelt teams, you can't tell if the SEC is really good or just hype.

At this time I remember that my hopes were for OSU to win the B1G. Just beat MSU (I wasn't sure if it would happen), beat Wisconsin (I wasn't sure if it would happen), win the bowl game (I wasn't sure if it would happen).

I'm a realist, I wasn't sure what the team was. But I'm super happy that I found out exactly how good they were.
