I'm wondering what the process is, because the NCAA is bigger than the B1G.
Are there any NCAA law experts here?
From what I understand, Spence was denied by the B1G. But, if he can appeal this --- does the NCAA supersede the B1G at some point? If so, I think it's worth a shot. Nothing to lose.
