OSU committ, Alex Smith from Upper Arlington, has decided to transfer to Prolific Prep in Ft.Lauderdale, Fla. Prolific Prep is moving to Florida from California. Ohio grown Darryn Peterson spent time at Prolific Prep before signing with Kansas.
