Throughout the season, the media has consistently (and justly) claimed Michigan State and Purdue as the cream of the crop in the Big Ten. However, I believe the past week of games should challenge that idea. MSU lost to Ohio State, went into overtime against Rutgers, and lost to TTUN. If Ohio State pulls off a win against Rutgers tomorrow, is it time to start paying attention to the standings and adjust the rankings? Or has MSU simply proven themselves to be a firm second place to Purdue by their recent performance? Interested to hear your thoughts.
