It's the final countdown.

Spiro reported that TCUN would find out the ruling at about 9 AM. 

Per Nicole Auerbach, the NCAA will hold a zoom call with media at 1pm ET (not a broadcasted press conference). (thanks, BuckIL)

Uncertain if there will be live coverage of the presser, but most sports networks will probably at least react and report on it. BTN's B1G Live program is scheduled for the noon hour, which may cover it (thanks, Jennykoob).
