Spiro suggests that TCUN finds out their fate tomorrow. The reporting about the mild penalties has more to do with the source being a trusted individual to Spiro but even he cautions that the source does not actually know what the punishments will be.

PremierDrum letting us know he'll be out of pocket all day tomorrow, although we'll probably be done with this thread before noon:

Memorializing this here: I will -literally- be tied by all day tomorrow in a summit about traumatic brain injuries for my day job. Which seems so fitting if things actually do go down then.
