I hope the B1G stands strong on enforcing equal scheduling here. The one thing this does is cause half the SEC schools to have another loss on their records, effectively eliminating them from the CFP picture. The SEC, obviously wants a 16 team format to get more of their teams in the field. To me, this seems like a huge breaking point for the sport if they can play less competitive games and gain more opportunities for the post season. It all but deflates the importance of the current regular season
