I jumped up from a seated position last night and starting running a little and I immediately felt the strain in my right calf. Now my calf is ginger and you can see a depression in it when I'm standing. When I touch the depression the muscle feels strange. It's hard to describe it. It's not as smooth as the other calf. Has anyone had this? If so, what helped you?
