Was very saddened to see this news. Without getting overtly political, Mr. O'Rourke had a big influence on me personally as I went through my adolescence in the 80s and early 90s.
He was a legend that wrote for National Lampoon Magazine with Douglas Kenney. Both of whom were native Ohians.
His humor about contemporary politics and politicians will be missed.
