Since it's the thing to do in football recruiting, and there's only a couple services, I thought it would be fun to set up a composite ranking table for the 2023 recruiting class in lacrosse. Anything to put yesterday's game behind me, and all that. So, I present to you a composite Top 50 table, that is actually 74 names.

It's 74 names because there are some discrepancies in the top 50 between the 3 services I used, and because Sirius Lacrosse is probably the ESPN of lacrosse rankings. To use a football analogy.

Methodologically, I used Inside Lacrosse as a baseline, because it's proven to be a bit more accurate and credible, then the National Lacrosse Federation and Sirius Lacrosse rankings were sprinkled in. NLF generally ranks only the participants in their events, so there are some discrepancies with Inside Lacrosse there. Sirius Lacrosse is basically the "hold my beer" ranking service, given the fact that half their top 50 is just wild. Additionally, Sirius likes to do a crystal ball-esque prediction feature, but their predictions are way out there.

Example: They were so confident in Tucker Kellogg going to Ohio State that they listed the Buckeyes twice on their "prediction" feature. He obviously committed to Syracuse really, really quickly. So, grain of salt for all their thoughts.

I'll include the composite ranking beside each player, just know that if there was a player in NLF's rankings but not the others, I gave that player a 51 for the missing spots to give everyone the same baseline. If a player was missing from Inside Lacrosse and NLF, he got a 52 for those slots. That's a 52 because I really, really distrust Sirius' rankings.

Without further ado, here's your composite Top 50 lacrosse recruits for 2023:
