So I'm about to pull the trigger on some tickets for THE GAME, and I've told my 9 year old son that it's too dangerous for him to go to the toilet bowl with me and I planned on going with an adult friend who volunteered to drive.

Question is, have any of you guys brought your school-aged children to home games? (or away in this case)

 He was in tears because he doesn't want to miss this experience with his dad and I am conflicted as hell, and about to call my buddy and cancel the trip to AA because I don't wanna see my little guy sad.
