Down goes Michigan.
The 15th-ranked Wolverines traveled to Norman, Oklahoma and it didn't end well for Sherrone Moore's team, as the No. 18 Sooners won the lone top-25 matchup of the weekend, 24-13. Oklahoma took an early 14-0 lead before Michigan scored 13 points in the third quarter, its only points of the game. But the Sooners dominated throughout much of the game, even tif the score didn't always seem like that was the case.
Bryce Underwood struggled in his first road game of his career, as the true freshman completed 9-of-24 passes for 142 yards and had three carries for -1 yards. He didn't complete a single pass against the blitz, according to the broadcast.

Underwood not only struggled on the field, but he also seemed to get into it with running back Justice Haynes on the sideline as well.

Oklahoma dominated the air attack with 270 passing yards compared to Michigan's 121. The Sooners were also much more efficient on third down, converting nine of those 17 opportunities while the Wolverines only converted three of their 13.
Sooners quarterback John Mateer completed 21-of-34 passes for 270 yards, a touchdown and one interception and ran for 74 yards and two scores on 19 carries.
With the loss, the Wolverines fall to 1-1 on the season.
