The celebration of Ohio State wrestling continued tonight with Nathan Tomasello as the redshirt freshman knocked off Zeke Moizey of West Virginia, 9–5, at 125 pounds.

Although Tomasello controlled the match from his feet, Moisey scored back points in the third period providing for a brief scare for the Ohio State freshman. Tomasello was able to escape and close the match out.

The final matchup between Tomasello and Moisey was an unlikely one. Tomasello, affectionately known as "NATO", entered tonight's final at 32-4 on the season after beating the No. 1 seed, undefeated Adam Waters of Missouri, in the semifinals on Friday night. The decisive moment came with a takedown two seconds left in the match to win 4-2.

Moisey, to his credit, was unseeded entering the tournament. His path to the final had to go through the No. 2 seed (Nahshon Garrett of Cornell) and, on Friday night, No. 6 Thomas Gilman of Iowa.
