Well, this is the closest a Michigan Man got to a national title since the one who couldn't resist posing with Ohio State's championship trophy.

According to a 10TV report, profiteering on Ohio State's national title turned problematic for a 51-year-old Michigan Man today.

Franklin County authorities issued an arrest warrant today for Michael Gene Quatrine, following his indictment for selling counterfeit "Undisputed Champs" gear outside Ohio Stadium during OSU's January 24th championship celebration. According to an OSU employee, the shirts were being sold for 15 dollars a pop.

If brought to justice in central Ohio, Quatrine will be tried on trademark counterfeiting charges.
