Ohio State-Kent State game on Sept. 13 will be a noon kickoff.
Noon games are the worst, but at least there are less and less of them going forward.
I don't like noon kicks either but this one was to be expected
You must hate your life then because you get assigned to all the exciting noon kickoffs Bethy.
He ain't even stretch doe!!
Ughhhh, Beth. And I made a bold prediction in another forum this week tha we wouldn't have a game called by you. There wasn't one scheduled ... Until now.
Do we know what channel it will be on? If not, this could be a BTN game.
It'll be on one of the ESPNs or ABC per the release.

Yep. We got Beth.
So excited! Hopefully I get to team up with Joey. Now to go study these rosters...
I don't mind them, at least I'll be able to sleep that evening.
I'm just a poo gas huffin' toilet snorkeler at heart....
I always though 3:30 games were the perfect median.
Nothing like dancing on the field in 02...
Nothing wrong with getting drunk at 9 a.m. to go to a noon game I dont mind
I can't wait to poop in the PL bathroom.
Nothing wrong with getting drunk at 9 a.m. to go to a noon game, taking a nap and then getting drunk again that evening. I dont mind.
Fixed it for you APACK. :)
Haha yes that sounds much better Phillips!
That's what Saturdays in the fall are for. I hate bye weeks.
The Dude abides.
I don't like noon games but this one belongs there.
Our Honor Defend!
I like a couple noon games while the weather is nice. I enjoy tailgating in the morning sun.
Which recent ex Buckeye just transfered to Kent St? Cant remember off hand. Interested to see how he plays.
Vonn Bell once asked me in class if he could borrow my pencil and he never gave it back. Ain't even mad.
This is a mistake. Just imagine...OSU and Kent State under the lights. Missed opportunity here.
If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them. ~ Bruce Lee
...and fireworks. don't forget the fireworks.

"No. You're an idiot, and your posts are terrible."
Yous guys are cracking me the f%^k up.
Alumni Band day.. ..was hoping for at least a 3:30 kickoff

I'm good with a noon kick. Means no one can complain when I have beer with breakfast.
One of the few Saturdays my wife can schedule me for dinner at an Applebee's..... Need a booth near a decent game please.
I hear Chris Berman and Jesse Palmer go to Applebees all the time.
a friend from my school where i just graduated is now a kicker at kent state, he had attended the camp when Sean was offered. I'm excited for this game, and this season because it's my age playing now. What am i doing with my life

Let's beat the snot out of *ichigan.
It gets worse. The players stay the same age (range) but you keep getting older...
It's Kent Sta...zzzzzz.
I'll call the front desk, nothing like waking up at the crack of noon.
We have filled the Braxton Miller position.
One more positive is that we won't have to listen to Musburger call the game.
Musburger got bumped to the SEC network and will be doing games with Jesse Palmer this season, not the prime time ABC/ESPN slot with Herbstreit like in years past.
Musberger and Palmer ... Telling all the young men to grow up to be quarterbacks and analyzing if the teams are playing Stanford football.
Thank God we have a polar vortex going on, so maybe it won't be 95* and 95% humidity at kickoff.
I did not expect any other time for this game.
Class of 2010.
I don't really like the noon games either, but I think you have to have some just to mix up the schedule.
Get this useless money suck of a scrimmage out of the way then catch some real football at 3:30p.
I'm psyched for Ramp though.
Kent read, kent write, kent state... Ok that was mean, but I couldn't help myself. Seeing Bert talk to the press the way he did tonight on SEC media days made me feel chippy.
"I don't apologize for anything. When I make a mistake, I take the blame and go on from there." - Woody Hayes
Living in SoCal, I hate noon games. I get weird looks from my friends not from the midwest when i'm drinking a beer @ 8am pacific.
People don't understand our borderline alcoholic ways I've come to find...
Probably this and Indiana will be noon games I would assume.
I like the bux.
I thought this would be a 12, noon game!!
have to do this til noon then..crap.
there is no greater joy than watching Michigan get slammed. in anything
Why can't college football just go the NFL route and make them 1 and 4:15pm starts? I know it's only an hour difference, but it's just too early to expect anyone to be up in terms of energy for a game like that. I know it's not worthy of a primetime spot, but I just hate the Noon kickoffs. Then you look at games like the Red River Rivalry, and that's an 11am local kickoff. That's ridiculous. Anything that starts before Price is Right would be over should be against the law.
Pain don't hurt-Dalton
This game would have been interesting last year, with Dri still there. This year I think we see all 3 QBs before its said and done
Would have been a solid game if Hazell where still there. Hoping he has the smarts to start Danny Blough at Purdue right away. Thas kid is going to be good.
Dustin Fox was our leading tackler as a corner.... because his guy always caught the ball.
Night games when it's still Summer, day games during the cool days of Autumn with a big time night game thrown in for visibility.
Yea 12 Noon. I get to see and hear Beth Mowins without pants.
