2015 Arizona Wide Receiver Christian Kirk Cuts List To Ten

By Jeremy Birmingham on June 3, 2014 at 3:11a

Last week, Christian Kirk and his family left the Arizona heat for a whirlwind tour of the SEC in the hopes that they'd receive some clarity in his recruitment. With 38 scholarship offers, Kirk — 247Sports.com's 5th-ranked wide receiver — certainly has a difficult choice to make. This morning, the 5-foot-11, 195-pounder from Scottsdale has cut his list by nearly 75-percent to ten, and the Buckeyes made the list.

Kirk's list is comprised of eight schools he's visited and two he's not yet been to, and includes four schools from the SEC, three of which he visited last week for the first time. Here now is the top ten schools for Saguaro High School's Christian Kirk, presented in alphabetical order.

  • Arizona State
  • Auburn
  • Georgia
  • Ohio State
  • Oklahoma
  • Stanford
  • Tennessee
  • Texas A&M
  • UCLA
  • USC

Kirk's highlights tapes border on the ridiculous, and when you check it out, you'll know why he's one of the most sought-after playmakers in the country.

The fleet-footed Kirk hopes to make his college choice in late November and is working towards enrolling at his school of choice in January. Of his final ten schools, he's visited everyone except for Oklahoma and Stanford, but he does plan on making trips to Norman and Palo Alto when able.

Currently, the 247Sports.com "Crystal Ball" reads 82-percent for Texas A&M, but Kirk says he has no leader at present.

Glad to see the good guys on a top ten list for an elite talent.  Hope we get him, he would for sure be one of the corner stones with this class along with Hilliard, Harris, and Cornell.

I don't always downvote, but I do always downvote a Michigan fan trolling the Buckeye boards.

We need to be out in Arizona a little bit more.

Little surprising that he's not considering Arizona.

"YOLO" = I'm about to do something extremely ignorant/stupid & I need an excuse to do it.

He owns the field with the ball...wow.

So, has he ever been tackled?

Champions.  Undisputed.

At around 2:59 in his video, that defender blatantly going for the QB's legs who was lead blocking after Kirk went sideline to sideline is complete bush league.  Defender had no chance at Kirk so he just dives at the QB's knees at the 10 yard line.

Lets see if Urban can work his magic and sign this kid.

Kirk's fazers and highlights are always set on stun.  Kid has amazing potential.

Texas A&M, Ohio State, UCLA. I think will end up his top 3. Will be an OSU and A&M battle and he signs with Sumlin and the Aggies in the end. Seems his relationship with the coaches and the fact that good friend Kyler Murray just signed would be too much to pass up..

I hope I'm wrong.

Hard to imagine there are 4 receivers in the country better than him.

By far my favorite....hope Urbz can sway him to the good guys.
