Personally, I was glad to see Miyan get the majority of the touches in the running game against PSU. He didn't post great stats, but he showed some life and explosion that Chip just doesn't have.
Chip is a solid, and a really good receiver out of the backfield, but he misses holes and isn't quick or explosive (yes I know he had a 40 something yard TD against........checks notes....Western Kentucky).
The running game REALLY needs what Henderson offers it though. Often times I see his explosiveness used as what seems like an insult on this board, like he somehow only runs for 70 or 0 yards. Obviously hyperbole rules the day sometimes, but I think this assessment of Henderson is wildly inaccurate. Regardless, the fact remains, he is the only RB who can break off a 70-yard run, and to win the games that matter he has to be in the backfield.
Sure hope he's available the rest of the season.
