Ewers enrolling early really creates a logjam in the QB room, no doubt. Here's an idea for all 4 QBs to have their chance to show what they can do for the team in real game competition.
Week 4. Akron. Day makes it 'Every QB gets his shot in the spotlight' day. Quarter 1, Quinn Ewers. Quarter 2, Jack Miller. Quarter 3, Kyle McCord. Quarter 4, CJ Stroud. Or with a different order mix, doesn't matter. What matters is that every scholarship QB gets a chance to show what he can do in a real game situation for one quarter. Ideally it would be for a whole half per QB but Tulsa in week 3 may be too good to risk that scenario.
The chance that this happens is minuscule but wouldn't it be fun to watch? Would make a romp in the park Akron match up into something quite interesting, and every QB gets his 1/4 to shine.
