Whilst driving into downtown Youngstown this week, I notice a billboard up ahead on the left. As I drive toward said sign, I notice what appears to be a stuffed lion that some sick child had curled up with during their bout with scarlet fever in 1922. Basically, it looked old as shit and like it should be burned immediately.
Well, imagine my surprise as it hits me that it's not some diseased-filled toy, but the very mascot of Penn State University. Then I see the text on the sign. It read thusly:
We are Penn State...and you'll love it here too!
Offering in-state tuition for all Mahoning and Trumbull County residents.
Those sons-of-bitches. They are trying to pilfer the talent pool of our great state by offering Pennsylvania in-state tuition to residents of Ohio.
I shan't soon forget this affront to our state's honor. Let's get after it Saturday night, Buckeyes.
