Urban Meyer has to hire this guy. He's the soon to be ex Florida Gator defensive coordinator and linebackers coach. He's from Ohio and he's a former Urban Meyer assistant. I watched the Florida Florida St game this weekend and I couldnt have been more impressed with Floridas defense. Durkin can coach them up and recruit, he almost pulled Jerome Baker out of Ohio. This is the guy to bring the Silver Bullets back! 

Yes, this would mean Fickell would have to be let go. Fickell bleeds Scarlet & Grey but it's time to go in a new direction. Hopefully Fickell lands on his feet as the head coach at Youngstown St.
