Report: Dorial Green-Beckham Linked to Robbery

By DJ Byrnes on April 9, 2014 at 11:13a

Talented Missouri wideout Dorial Green-Beckham was suspended indefinitely on Sunday night for the dreaded "violation of team rules."

Turns out, Missouri must have a strict anti-robbery policy. From The Springfield News-Leader:

The Kansas City Star, St. Louis Post-Dispatch and other media, citing the paperwork, reported that a first-degree burglary was reported at 2:36 a.m. Sunday at the Brookside Townhomes in Columbia.

According to the state media: listed as confidential are the suspect, victim and witnesses; forced entry is listed as the incident; and weapons used are noted as "hands/fist/feet."

The Columbia Missourian newspaper reached out to residents of the Brookside Townhomes and reported that one resident saw Green-Beckham, 20, leaving the parking lot in a white Dodge Charger around the time listed around the police incident report.

It will take more than one eye-witness tagging Green-Beckham in a parking lot at 2:36 AM on a Sunday to garner a conviction, but obviously police are still piecing the evidence together.

Does every athlete drive a Dodge Charger?

I never saw a football player make a tackle with a smile on his face

Haha it would appear that way!

1. They are popular

2. Much like TP was running his game. Chargers are dime a dozen (fleet vehicles, trade ins, police vehicles, etc). So dealership can give them out as "loaners" or they can borrow it "test drive" (for months on end) and the value of the car does not decrease significantly allowing dealers to hide the mileage take the small hit in value of the car. Generally keeps the paper trail to a minimum while still ensuring an athlete doesn't get stopped while driving a boosters car or something like that.

Idiot! Top receiver in the country. Guaranteed to be a first or second round draft pick. Now possibly going to jail for juvenile acts.

He should have went to Florida State.  TPD waits a full year before they might start an inquiry into football players' run ins.
