Did you read the comments from the Celtic fans? They don't seem to think he is a starter at all based on their opinion of his defensive ability.
I saw a couple of minutes when Sullinger was playing against the Nets. He literally stood there with his arm up and a player ran into him and picked up his fifth foul. I hate NBA refs.
Sully's basketball IQ is so high. That's why I think he can still be effective while being undersized at times.
